Ordering

HOW TO ORDER:
We want to make this as simple as possible... so here goes!

1. Choose your invitations
2. Type in your custom message (don't forget to let us know if you want our help!)
3. Choose your typestyle. Don't be afraid, we usually send you a few samples to choose from!
4. Choose your ink color
5. Choose your quantity

You will then be asked to create an account or enter your account information if have ordered from us in the past. This is so we can keep you updated on the status of your order.

6. Create an account name and password
7. Give us your shipping information
8. Choose your method of Payment
9. Confirm your order

Be sure to click the confirm button during the last stage of the ordering process. If you leave the order without confirming your order, your order is not complete and it will not be processed. If you receive an email confirmation with the details of your order, then you know that we have your order and will begin processing your invitations.

Soon after your order has been placed, you will receive the following:
1. Confirmation of your order.
2. A proof with any recommended changes.

After you give your proof the O.K. we will:
1. Print your order.
2. Send you an email letting you know that your order is completed and shipped!

WEDDING AND HOLIDAY GREETING CARD ORDERS:
An Invitation To Remember is a dealer for Birchcraft Studios, the industry leaders for Fine Personalized Holiday Cards and Quality Wedding Invitations. Our website will take you directly to Birchcraft Studios to view their large selection of Wedding Invitations and Holiday Greeting Cards. From that point, you can place your order or save your order for later, if needed. You will then be contacted by a Customer Service Representive from An Invitation To Remember to review your order before it is placed and payment will be received at this time. MINIMUM ORDER:
We don't really have a minimum order. But we recommend that you order at least 20 invites to make our printing prices more economical. In addition to the price of the card you choose, we charge $10.00 for the first 20 invites and .50 cents each for every other invitation that we print. If you only order 12 invites the printing charges will still be $10.00.

We also don't make you buy in quantities of ten. You can buy 1 or 13 or 24, but the printing charges remain the same. We do recommend that you always order a couple extra invitations just in case you forgot someone. And don’t forget to include an extra invitation for the bride-to-be or the mom-to-be so she can put one in the album.

We also can accommodate large orders... and there's a bonus too! If you order over 100 invites, we take 10% off the price of your cards. Sometimes planning large parties can be very expensive, so we want to say thanks! We know every little bit helps!

PRE-ORDERING:
This can really be a time saver especially for new moms. We recommend that you choose your baby announcement ahead of time because babies can come early. Here's how it works:

1. If you know the sex of your baby... choose your invitation, the quantity and your wording.
2. Place your order
3. We will send you a proof with the estimated date, time, weight, etc.
4. You proof and then contact us either by phone or by e-mail with the exact info.
5. We will ship your order within 24-48 hours.

Some of our expectant mothers will choose a "boy" style and "girl" style that are by the same manufacturer, that way even if you don't know the sex we can hold both styles and be working on the copy and your envelopes.

We can mail you your envelopes ahead of time at no extra charge. That way you can be addressing them at home. We also offer the service of addressing your envelopes. If you are interested see the section on envelopes.

TURN AROUND TIME:
We call it "the need for speed"! It seems many of our customers need everything yesterday, but we are the same way when we shop. So operating at warp speed is something we can do.

First thing you need to know is we are open six days a week and our hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. However, when we get crunched we have our night owls who come in and help us stay on top of things.

In a perfect world... every customer would order by 10:00 a.m. in the morning. We would then send our customer a proof within 24 - 48 hours, they would proof immediately, and we would print within 24 - 48 hours. (Total turnaround time 48 - 96 hours.)

ENVELOPES:
We believe that an envelope can be a great asset to an invitation. For an additional .35 cents each we can typeset your return address on your envelope in the same typestyle (or different, if you wish) and we can print it in any color.
