PAYMENT METHOD:
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa as a form of payment on this web site. Our secured server has done an excellent job of making this process an easy one. We also will accept personal checks and money orders but we will not start processing your order until we have received these payments and they have cleared our financial institution.

We do not process your credit card until you have approved your free proof, via email or fax.

Our website automatically calculates any discounts offered on this site. It also does the same for your shipping charges. We must add 6.5% sales tax on any order shipped in Florida because that's where we are and that's the law.

Please be sure of your order as all sales are final when you place an order. If you are ordering blank stock and we have not shipped, we will refund your purchase minus a 15% re-stocking fee. These policies are firm ones and they allow us to not only keep our prices low, but our service fast.

SHIPPING:
As always... we like to keep things simple. We will carefully and quickly pack your order. Any order that is printed by 2:00 p.m. will be shipped that day. Try to remember that the sooner you proof your order the quicker we can get it to you. We ship both by UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. Some days it is quicker to do one or the other. Below are the shipping prices we charge:

We definitely need street addresses, not P.O. boxes and phone numbers are always helpful to our shippers. Of course we cannot be responsible for the actions of our shippers, but if for some reason your order is damaged, please contact us immediately!!!

POSTAGE:
As you may have noticed listed with each card is whether there is extra postage to mail an invitation. We know that some of our cards are a little larger or a little heavier to mail. With any invitation, if you add any inserts, a response card, a map, etc. there will probably be extra postage required.

Here at An Invitation To Remember, when we mail our personal invitations, we take one to the post office first to have them weigh and mail it just to be sure. It is very embarrassing for your guest to receive their beautiful invitation, only to be asked to pay the extra postage.

One more hint... we recommend that if possible, you take the invitations and kindly ask your postman to hand stamp them. This can help your invitation to arrive looking the way you sent it.

PRICES:
We have tried to consistently keep our prices in line with the industry. Our prices include any preparation, assembly, etc. We always honor the prices on our website. We offer a 10% discount on invitations of any order of 100 or more. This discount will be automatically computed when you go through our check out procedure.

Our printing prices are the same whether we print your invitation in black or color ink (we cannot say the same of most of our competitors).

MISTAKES:
I would like to say we never make mistakes, but sometimes they do happen. We require a proof of every invitation we print. This assures us that you are happy with the layout before we go to print. We check the spelling, the grammar and the dates to make sure they are correct before we send you a proof. You need to be extra careful when you proof an invitation. Sometimes our customers get so excited about seeing their invitation or announcement that they do not check for the correct spelling of names or make sure they have the right day of a party.

If we make a mistake after the proof then we will immediately re-print if the card is in stock and ship to you within 24 hours at no cost to you. If you have to make a change (sometimes circumstances change after we have done our printing) we will re-print your invitation less 25% of your invitation and printing charges. The shipping cost will remain the same as the original order or, if necessary, we can upgrade to a quicker shipping method if you request.
