COLOR MATCH SYSTEM:
Sounds serious doesn't it! Actually it is quite simple. The software program we use enables us to match almost any color in an invitation. When you type in your choice of color, for example blue... we will match the blue that is pictured in the invitation. We have made suggestions of color that will look the best on each card. Sometimes we will mix colors. The general copy may be in blue, but the guest of honors name is in red. It really can jazz up an invitation. You may notice that we recommend black on all vellum. We do this because it is generally easier to read. If we have trouble with a color or have a color suggestion after you send us your order we will contact you immediately. So go ahead be creative... pick a color, any color!!

PRINTING PROCESS:
Before we explain our printing process... let us tell you a little about the software that we use to "arrange" your invitation. We use Adobe Creative Suite software. This little piece of magic has helped us design many, many wonderful invitations. We tell it to put your name upside down and it does it. It is fast and very easy for all of our employees to use. This is especially important when we are doing lots of proofs.
Our printing varies between laser and ink jet depending on the card. 90% of our invitations are laser friendly. If you are very adept at your computer, you may want to consider printing your invites yourself to save a little money. I must however mention that if you make a mistake we cannot be responsible. As you may already know printers have personalities... can you tell we've been smelling ink jet too long! Sometimes printers eat invitations (lunch... dinner... afternoon snack). One of the good things about printing them here, besides the fact they come out so clear and professional looking, is that if we "mess up" we have extra invites here to "print another one".
Another bonus of us printing your announcement is the Color Match System, which allows us to match the colors of an invitation. This service, at no additional cost, allows us to "create" a distinct announcement for you. If you have any question about printing whether it you us printing them or you, please don't hesitate to call us at (407) 421-2169.

PROOFS:
We have learned by experience that proofing your copy is very important. We do not charge for this process, because we feel that it gives both our customers and us a comfort level. We will not print any invitation or announcement without a proof. We are very speedy in our efforts to get you a proof. It will not slow down the process.
Sometimes, our staff of professional typsetters will send you a few proofs of different font choices. This gives us a chance to keep our creative minds sharp!
We recommend that you check your proof over very thoroughly for typos, misspelled names and the overall appearance of your card. Also be sure that the dates are correct. You may not like the font you chose... no problem... request a new font and a new proof... no charge! We can easily move a line, make a character larger or smaller, with just a click... then we will send you back a second proof, once again... at no charge!
We recommend that you use e-mail as your source to proof the invitation. That way you can view not only the copy but the color as well... and it is very quick. Remember that the proof is a rough draft. We do not actually print your invitations until you give us the O.K.

TYPESTYLES:
On this web site we have 30 typestyles to choose from. We have over 100, but we needed to keep it simple. Just click on Font to view the entire character set.
We recommend that you look at letters in a font that are important to you. These letters can include the first initial of your name, your baby's name, etc. Sometimes we have a customer that chooses a font and then doesn't like it when the invitation is typeset. No problem! In the proof process ask us to change it. There is no charge for a second proof.
If you have a font on your computer that you want us to use let us know we may have it. We only use True type fonts.

SAMPLES:
This is when we wish you could be here. Our customers love to touch our papers. Sounds risqué doesn't it! Actually, our papers are a very fine quality. You may be hesitant to buy an invitation with out actually "seeing" it.
That is why we offer our sample program. For $5.00 we will send you up to 3 different invitations. This charge covers our cost of the cards and our postage If you are interested in placing an order for samples, please call. Our website is not set-up to accept sample orders. We also recommend if you have questions about how something looks "in person", just call one of our staff and they do a pretty good job of describing a card.

WORDING:
The best way to get started with your wording for your invitation or announcement is our K.I.S.S. theory. Keep it simple silly!! Put together the facts first. The following is a list that may seem obvious, but it has helped many of our customers.
1. Type of party or announcement
2. Location - name and address
3. Day of week & date of party
4. Time of event, including beginning & ending
5. R.S.V.P. address/phone number & by what date
6. Guest of honor
7. Important facts, example: dress for event, where registered, etc.
Please don't hesitate to let us help you with your wording if you are having writers block.
